The Aspirational India Foundation’s (AIF) purpose is to navigate the challenges of 21st-century India with our civilizational sensibilities.

Our objectives are:

To channelize and execute our team’s shared nationalist vision of fusing global modernity with civilizational roots and connect to like-minded stakeholders, in general, and the youth, in particular.

To map the shifting aspirations of contemporary India by engaging with the visions of India by Indian nationalists since the 18th Century.

The second objective will be achieved through various epistemological initiatives. AIF aims to begin with identifying and publishing 100 Indian classics since the 18th century that cater to the goal of enriching contemporary India and Vision Viksit Bharat 2047 with civilizational paradigms. This apart, the AIF will also conduct a series of lectures on icons of modern and contemporary India. Herein, AIF aims to put together an actionable research paradigm where tradition and contemporaneity complement each other, rather than being pitted in terms of a binary.

As per the central motto of aspirational India, AIF strives to employ an episteme where visions of corporate India and developed India are inclusive and mutually reinforcing. Thus, the AIF aims to undertake extensive studies in identifying the structure, agents and echo-system of disruptive protest politics across India.

The AIF is committed to devoting special attention to mapping the aspirations of deprived sections of Indian society wherein the sectional needs of the tribals and Dalits would be a special focus area.
